Mid-Week Notes

Three quick things:

  1. Word to the Wise: Beware of one-person publishing houses. ‘Nuff said.
  2. I’m trying to figure out the marketability of a YA novel I bill as “Pride & Prejudice Meets the Shtetl.” Your thoughts? The year is 1913.
  3. My gym’s pool is closed for maintenance. Since I tore my knee last week in Washington, DC, my doctor says the pool is the only thing I can use. The solution? Write with an AWA (Amherst Writers & Artists) group instead!

That’s it for this week.

Sorry to learn about your knee. Get back in the pool as soon as possible.

  3. I called the gym this morning. The pool’s fixed!
