Mid-Week Field Notes–October 12, 2022

Field Notes

Some very quick things:

  • On October 26, I’m offering a two-hour workshop, “Using Photography to Craft Story.” We’ll use a specific methodology to deeply analyze one or two photographs and write about them. To learn more or to register, click here.
  • I want to hear from readers who set writing goals for themselves. Please comment below or send an email to barbaradkrasner(at)gmail(dot)com.
  • Do you write daily? I attended a webinar, “The Power of Daily Writing,” by Eric Maisel last night at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. He suggests writing every day, first thing in the morning, even if it’s just for a few minutes.
  • I know I’ve said I’m giving up on writing picture books, but I’m still so enamored with them. I’ve had an idea or two–maybe I’ll pursue in 2023.

Happy writing!
